The Upper Avenue Community Association (UACA) is a not-for-profit residents’ association for those living in the Ledbury Park neighbourhood.

We work with city hall to uphold Toronto zoning by-laws as they pertain to residential and commercial development in our area and we strive to foster and promote active involvement in matters of interest to the community we all share.

TRAFFIC SURVEY

In November 2021 we conducted a survey related to traffic in our neighbourhood. The survey was completed by 240 residents. Click below to read see the results:

2022 ANNUAL General Meeting

We will be having our 2022 AGM on November 29 at 7:30-9:00 pm as an in-person event at the Armour Heights Community Centre.

SPECIAL GUEST: Councillor Mike Colle

The provincial government has recently introduced several new pieces of legislation which will have a very significant impact on our city and area. Bills 23, 3 and 39 are aimed at building more housing and granting more power to the Toronto Mayor.

Join us to better understand the implications for our city and area. UACA will be moderating a question and answer format with Councillor Cole.

We encourage residents to submit questions by email in advance.
